State-of-the-Art Manufacturing
With substantial investments in state-of-the-art manufacturing and printing equipment, we are committed to developing the industry's most competitive facility for producing quality envelopes. We convert envelopes in diagonal seam, booklet, open end and "V" styles. With multiple windows and patches. Shaped flaps, specialty folding, latex, and a host of other options. In-line printing in up to 6 colors and converting at speeds of 70,000 envelopes per hour. Our plants are designed efficiently and quality control procedures assure that our customers receive only the best product from us.
Equipment list
Lithography
We use web and flat sheet litho presses capable of printing up to 8 colors with a 200 line screen on up to 100# text paper. Our state-of-the-art prepress operations handle PC and Apple formats. Experience working with electronic envelope die templates and layouts assures maximum use of the correct sheet size. Highly accurate computerized die-cutting and high speed converting assures the quality and delivery you require. If your project needs foil stamping, embossing or any additional finishing, our in-house production facilities can handle it.
Hi-Fidelity Flexo
The industry's most sophisticated and advanced flexographic web presses running at high speeds in-line, print up to 6 colors with the capability to produce sharp flat colors and full registered 4 color process. Our in-line converting capabilities include shaped flaps, multiple windows and patches, numbering, specialty folding and latex. Our equipment is capable of folding in custom configurations up to 7 1/4" x 13" in exacting tolerances at a production run rate of up to 60,000 envelopes per hour. Our trained prepress and production specialists can answer any questions about High-Fidelity flexo printing and guide you to the correct options needed to deliver a quality product in the required time frame.
Jet Imprinting & Stocking
A large inventory of standard envelopes in a vast amount of sizes, paper stocks, types and colors allows you to get the quickest and most cost-effective turnaround possible. We can quickly produce film and plates in house and imprint up to 4 PMS colors or process color very cost-effectively. Our equipment can also produce letterheads, bind-ins, newsletters, flyers, and other products on offset papers. Our stocking program is especially cost-efficient and effective for mass mailers needing to produce high quantities of various cells and to meet a competitive situation. From a simple imprinting job to a total package solution, we can handle anything.
