Coronavirus Procedures Notice
March 10, 2020 Dear Valued Customer, In an effort to keep our employees safe and healthy, and to ensure an uninterrupted supply chain to our customers, United Envelope is taking precautionary measures regarding coronavirus (COVID-19). All three of United Envelope’s facilities, Ridgefield, NJ, Mt. Pocono, PA and Cincinnati, OH will undergo a “deep” disinfectant cleaning by the end of this week. Going forward we will continue these “deep” cleanings at regular intervals and will be increasing the frequency of our regular cleaning schedules at all facilities. In addition, we have directed our employees to take the CDC recommended steps listed below:
United Envelope maintains back-up systems across all three of our facilities to ensure seamless customer communication. In the unlikely event of a production interruption at one of our facilities, United has production redundancy across our internal manufacturing platform and participates in reciprocal DR (disaster recovery) agreements that will enable us to access the capacity of more than 15 other envelope manufacturing facilities across North America.
We will continue to monitor communications from the CDC and our local departments of health and adjust our plans based on the most up-to-date information.
Please feel free to contact us directly should you have any additional questions or concerns.
